I have a similar problem where I can't enter someone's channel through their link, like when someone have uploaded something new or such. It says that the page doesn't exist >< But, I do believe it is just a temporary problem on youtube's side because now I don't see that so much, only on a few channels.
I don't know if its something else with adding the links into a desc, but since the problem hasn't been there before, then it should probably be gone soon =)
